Helpful to include
- Download or order questions: the email address you used at checkout and your order number from the Fourthwall receipt.
- Something in the Guide looks wrong: the page number and what you noticed. We correct errors and send buyers the updated file.
- Questions about the plan: ask away. We can explain what the plan covers and how to use it.
We can’t give individual advice about your child’s development, health or speech, and email isn’t the right place for it. If you’re worried about anything, please talk to your pediatrician or family doctor. They can refer you for a hearing or speech check if it’s needed.
