Getting your files, and our policy.

How you get your files

• Right after checkout, Fourthwall shows a download link and emails it to you.
• You receive three PDFs: the Guide, the Phone Cards and the Print Pages.
• Save them to your phone (Files or Books on iPhone, Files or Drive on Android) and your computer. The Phone Cards are sized for your phone screen.
• Your download link allows a limited number of downloads, so please save the files somewhere safe once they’ve downloaded.

If something goes wrong

If a download fails, a file won’t open, or the email doesn’t arrive (check spam and promotions first), email hello@smallandsteady.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.

Refunds

Because the plan is a digital download that you keep as soon as you buy it, all sales are final, as stated at checkout. That’s why the free sample is real pages from the Guide, unedited, free to download with no email needed: read it first and judge the writing and approach for yourself.

If a file is faulty or you were charged twice, email us and we’ll make it right.
