Privacy, in plain English.

The short version

• This website has no accounts and no database. The free sample is a plain download: it doesn’t ask for your email address or anything else. The only form is the gift form, which asks for the details we need to deliver a gift. We don’t ask for your child’s name, age, birthday or any health information, anywhere.
• When you buy, you check out on Fourthwall. Fourthwall processes your payment and delivers your files, and it handles your order details under its own privacy policy.
• If we turn on analytics, we will use it only to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful, and we will update this page first.

What we collect

When you browse

Like most websites, our host receives standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for) so it can deliver the page. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

When you buy

Fourthwall collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information to complete your order and send you the download. We receive order information from Fourthwall (such as your name, email and what you bought) so we can support you. We never see your full card details.

When you download the free sample

Nothing is collected from you to download it. We don’t ask for your email address, and the file is served directly from this website.

When you buy

Your email address comes to us through your order, so we can send your files, answer questions and tell you about updates to the plan. If you opted in to updates at checkout, your address may be shared with our email tool so we can send them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

When you email us

We keep your message and email address so we can reply and help with your order.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information.
• We don’t send child-related information to analytics or advertising tools.
• We only email you if you bought the plan, sent a gift, or wrote to us, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@smallandsteady.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK) you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
